Thanks for taking time to write a review. You didn't indicate your location, but please know your experience is not representative of MedVet overall. Since we are 24/7, we do need to have folks work on weekends and holidays -- I hope that was explained to you when you joined us. And I know it can be hard. In terms of "seminars" not related to medicine, I suspect you are referring to the "R Factor" training that was done in 2017. The goal of that training was to help all of our employees become better leaders. So while it may not seem directly related to medicine, it's very much related to the "Leadership" value of our organization. I do have to disagree that it's all about the money. In 2017, we increased our 401(K) match, made our health insurance better without raising employee premiums, and added a significantly better Employee Assistance Program that's available to ALL employees, even if you aren't on our benefits. We know we, like all organizations, have areas we need to fix or improve. If there are particular managers or hospital leaders that you feel behaved inappropriately, I hope you shared that feedback with your HR partner.
