      Pros

      Wonderful service to clients and great veterinary medicine practice to animals. They make sure you work/life balance is good and also don’t mind you working extra. The ability to discuss cases and recommendations with other departments is also nice. The training team is excellent!

      Cons

      Understaffed but who isn’t in this field.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
