      Pros

      I really enjoy the type of work I do and the people I work with. We make a great team and honestly try to support our co-workers in the best way possible. I truly believe that all employees, regardless of title, care about the well-being of our patients and clients. Being relatively new, everyone has treated me kindly and been very helpful while I'm trying to learn the ropes.

      Cons

      Due to the growth of the company, long hours (10 +) are often necessary to keep things running smoothly. The level of responsibility can be a little overwhelming at times, but luckily, our team has a strong support system in place.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
