The ER can be a little chaotic when we are short staffed, but that's the same at any ER.

We strive to cultivate an atmosphere that is always inclusive and teambuilding. We also recognize that our environment is fast paced and growing, especially this past year and a half. We are actively recruiting and hiring for new team members to bring some lift to our amazing teams. We also have some really great benefits to help navigate stress and support your mental and physical health. Resources available to employees include mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room. Utilizing PTO is always encouraged to help team members reset and recharge.

Everyone is super friendly. After a long work shift, I feel appreciated and that I have helped out in a way that makes everything smoother for the next shift.

Cons

After many days working at MedVet, I can't find any cons in the work environment or in my interactions with my coworkers.

Very generous employee discount for employee pets Ability to bring my pet to work with me, extra helpful on days when my dog has physical therapy appointments scheduled Good team work, everyone seems to answer questions or is willing to explain things Management checks in to see if I feel supportive or if there's anything I need

Cons

I've been at my position for a month now and really don't have any negatives at the moment.
