If team members feel uncomfortable in any situation local Hospital Leadership, our HR partner, and Regional Leadership are always available and interested in understanding these issues and working on a resolution. We take our team member satisfaction and engagement seriously. We work hard to ensure our team members are healthy and happy and are always looking for new and better ways we can improve their experience. The last 2 years, a lot of work and effort has been put into creating a welcoming and inclusive culture, evaluating staffing levels and hiring new team members while coaching and developing our current team members. We are constantly re-evaluating these items and adjusting where needed.
