If team members feel uncomfortable in any situation local Hospital Leadership, our HR partner, and Regional Leadership are always available and interested in understanding these issues and working on a resolution. We take our team member satisfaction and engagement seriously. We work hard to ensure our team members are healthy and happy and are always looking for new and better ways we can improve their experience. We encourage and welcome thoughts, suggestions, and ideas from all our team members. The last 2 years, a lot of work and effort has been put into creating a welcoming and inclusive culture, evaluating staffing levels and hiring new team members while coaching and developing our current team members. We are constantly re-evaluating these items and adjusting where needed. Every employee has the opportunity to discuss career goals and growth with their Clinical Manager and obtain their help working through a plan that involves both work by the employee as well as resources and support from MedVet Indianapolis.
