So many. This review is strictly about HR. When my finger was bit and fractured and I had to go to emergency for care, I was told I needed to handle my own claim for my care. That’s literally your job?!? And I was only told this after I was contacted by the hospital to pay my bill for the ER visit as it was overdue. I provided everything to my immediate manager and the HR person. Who apparently is just allowed to ignore things he doesn’t like to do and I have to deal with it.
Almost a year after leaving I can’t get my paystubs. Was told to use ‘the same password’ I used for xyz. Then told that I should log into the program that I couldn’t get payroll to reset for months when I worked there. I also couldn’t clock in for an extended period of time with this new system and it barely worked for only that function. I could not log into the system to check or change anything.
