We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and helping us continue to evolve and make implementations for a healthy work environment. We strive to always foster an environment that is positive, teamwork-oriented, and compassionate. Furthermore, we aim to grow leaders that promote an inclusive and collaborative environment, all while being approachable for any concerns from team members. We understand the challenging demands in the veterinary profession at this time and are committed to supporting our caregivers in making their mental and physical wellbeing a top priority. We want to ensure our teams can navigate the challenging emergency and specialty veterinary medicine space. Furthermore, we combine training and mentorship with on the job experience to develop well rounded individuals. Our goal is to have every team member receive the training and support needed in order to flourish in the role that they are in, and we are sorry to hear that you feel you did not receive either of those. Communication is truly a team-effort from leaders to the broader hospital and between our clinical departments that needs work from all sides. We have significantly honed in on improving communication as it has been a prime focus to our Employee Experience in 2022. We encourage any concerned caregiver to reach out to their HR Partner, Clinical Manager or Hospital Director for further discussion as we welcome feedback and want to support each individual in addressing their concerns.
