Pros
Since working there, I have learned alot, and I love how people actual take time and explain the "what, and why" they are doing and what they are working on. They don't treat you like you are suppose to know everything. I love that even when they are extremely busy, and can't take the time to teach you that day, they make sure to come back to you a different day so they can teach you, and it's usually a day or 2 later. The employees have great personality. If they are having a "bad day", they don't take it out on you, and they still continue to smile, and make it their mission to make sure you have a good day. The management will do their best to check up on you during your training weeks and check in with you to make sure you are getting the training you need, and if your not getting the training you need, they try to change it so you do. The employers make it really enjoyable to come to work, and make it fun to work with.
Cons
the only thing I can say bad is the " on boarding training packet you complete is alittle bit all of the place, and you have to search for what gets completed for that day.
