Pros
It was great working with clients and helping their pets. The doctors provide excellent care.
Cons
Don't let the amount of job postings available fool you, the employee turnover is the worst I've seen. Good employees leave or are let go for stupid reasons. For being such a large practice (with multiple locations) they don't pay their employees what they are worth and work them like slaves. Nursing staff can have upwards of 25+ patient to care for every hour. It's not the excellent patient care they tell clients. Patients don't receive their treatments on time and management never helps. Don't even think about getting your allotted breaks and lunches. Oh and don't try to cancel your meal deductions for not getting a lunch, management will get pissed. Unfortunately morale is horrible, but it's hard to be happy when the managers make your life a living hell. The managers are mean and the hospital manager is the worst. If you're not a favorite and brown nose they will make sure you're treated unfairly. They will tell you to talk to them about anything and they're here to help but as soon as you have a concern they stab you in the back. Managers like to have sensitive conversations with employees on the floor (I've seen countless techs and aides in tears). The managers also like to discuss other employee's on the floor with each other. Very unprofessional and inexcusable.
