Good position for Pre-Vet Students - Veterinary Assistant MedVet Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience working at MedVet. Our organization is a teaching hospital and, as you mentioned, we love to give vet students, pre-vet students, and vet tech students the opportunity to work at MedVet and gain hands-on ER and Specialty exposure while also being in school. Additionally, the last few years a lot of work and effort has been put into analyzing job descriptions, role assignment, and fair pay within each geographic area. We are constantly re-evaluating these items and making adjustments where needed. Every employee has the opportunity to discuss career goals with managers and obtain their help working through a plan that involves both work by the employee as well as resources and support from MedVet.
