Thank you for your review. MedVet is an independently owned organization that promotes emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing for all caregivers. With teamwork being one of our three core values, we promote an environment where team members and leaders support one another to the best of their ability so that each caregivers can avoid feeling overextended. We continue to offer excellent resources to offset burnout, such as our Employee Assistance Program, PTO, our mental wellbeing resources, and the hospital wellbeing room.
