2yThank you for your review. We strive to always foster an environment that is positive, teamwork-oriented, and compassionate. Furthermore, the last few years a lot of work and effort has been put into analyzing job descriptions, role assignment, and fair pay within each geographic area. We are constantly re-evaluating these items and making adjustments where needed. Every employee has the opportunity to discuss career goals with managers and obtain their help working through a plan that involves both work by the employee as well as resources and support from MedVet.
