      Pros

      Lots of work to do, sometimes good medicine. Good pay, ok benefits, iffy schedule. If you are going to be a doctor good place to start, they are buying up little clinics everywhere.

      Cons

      Corporate hospital with corporate ideals. Not a team environment, no respect between co-workers, long days, little thanks, bad management. Petty in-fighting.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
