We appreciate your feedback. MedVet is veterinarian owned and employee led organization that takes leadership very seriously, as it is one of our three core values. We aim to grow leaders that are approachable for any concern from any team member and that the team member feels secure in sharing their concerns with management and/or HR. MedVet is committed to providing an inclusive, safe, and compassionate environment for all caregivers. As part of the Employee Experience for 2024, we launched our Basic Skills Curriculum, which is a structured training involving classroom time and hands on training for a new caregiver’s first 4 weeks. Communication is a team effort between hospital leadership, support services, as well as the caregiver providing feedback on how their training is aligning with their expectations. We appreciate you sharing your voice so that we can continue to innovate and improve.
