      Pros

      Great technology & software for accurate medical records. Caring team who truly treats the pets as their own and has a sincere compassion for not only the pets but their owners, too. Truly diversive workplace, but still a team environment.

      Cons

      So far, the only thing I see is common in most workplaces - lack of stocking, communication - but not as severe as I've experience elsewhere, either.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
