      Pros

      Great training ,if you never worked in specialty or with animals.

      Cons

      Uncomfortable with how clicky other workers are, and how others are treated differently if you’re unable to meet their standards. Everyone learns at a different pace or has a learning disability that may prevent them from grasping things at a certain time frame. This is not meant for myself, but what I have witnessed.

      Pros

      The staff at the Commerce MedVet have been very supportive and helpful with teaching me the skills I was previously lacking. I got my first feline jugular blood draw and I was also given great tips about IV catheter placement.

      Cons

      I have no cons, the staff are very welcoming and if you want to learn they want to teach.

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Ability to give the best care to all animals walking through the doors. Feeling like I am making a difference in Veterinary Medicine. Never a dull moment.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming If you do not like fast paced environments, it may not be the best job for you.
