Pros

I've had the privilege of being part of this incredible company for some time now, and I want to shed some light on the immense positivity and dedication that defines our journey here. Building a leading company in a conservative industry is undoubtedly challenging, but that's exactly what makes it worthwhile. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it. Our company's mission to help patients is truly remarkable, and it's something we all believe in wholeheartedly. We're not just here to clock in and out; we're here because we're 100% committed to driving meaningful change in healthcare. And I must stress that the negative reviews you may come across often stem from individuals who might not have been fully prepared for the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a startup with such a vital mission. Nobody is forced to stay at our company. We embrace individuals who share our passion and dedication, but we also understand that not everyone may fit this unique culture. It's easy for disgruntled former employees to leave negative reviews, especially if they were let go. However, it's important to consider the broader context and the high bar we set for ourselves. Our CEO is an extraordinary leader whose energy and vision inspire us all. Her dedication to our mission shines through in everything we do. Under her guidance, we've assembled an incredibly talented team. Each member is fully committed to serving our company's mission, which revolves around bringing life-saving treatments to patients faster. Achieving this requires hard work, tenacity, and unwavering dedication. If your mindset aligns with this ethos, then you'll find no better place to work. I can't express enough how proud I am to be a part of this company. The challenges we face are a testament to the importance of our mission, and the people here are genuinely exceptional. If you're ready to be part of something bigger than yourself, if you're committed to driving positive change in healthcare, then look no further. Join us in this inspiring journey; it's where you belong.

Cons

Building a blitz-scaling company remotely is hard. And sometimes, you need to make adjustments that impact people. But we are focused on our mission and i know we will succeed.

Pros

Amazing people, flexible schedules, ability to work from anywhere, innovation and creative solutions encouraged, competitive pay, overall good leadership, growth opps, and being part of something that is in the process of being built.

Cons

Because of where the company is at in terms of maturity (still somewhat considered start-up), it can be fast paced, and at times chaotic. Some people feed off this and like being part of this phase, whereas others find this frustrating. I have had coworkers at Medable love this aspect like me, and I've had some that didn't see themselves at Medable longterm because of this. So while I can't think of too many cons, I would say this would be one I have seen firsthand from coworkers. For me, the main con is not getting as much face time with coworkers as I'd like.

Pros

The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it well. You always know how your work ties back to the company’s goals. Smart, collaborative colleagues who genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction. Strong culture of innovation. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and celebrated. You never feel stuck doing things “the way they’ve always been done.” Work life balance is respected. Expectations are high, but so is the support. Professional growth is real here. Opportunities to take on more responsibility, lead high-impact projects, and develop new skills come often Leadership truly cares about employees as people, not just as headcount. Recognition is consistent and meaningful.

Cons

Fast paced environment may feel intense at times
