Management is indecisive and does not make decisions based on common sense. Too much of their time is spent making updates to software that does not make workflow efficient. The CEO does not know how to run the company and puts his faith in others to make decisions. There was a huge layoff several months ago and it was the most unprofessional event I have ever had to witness. In exchange for the laid off employees, off shore staff were hired to replace them. The offshore staff do not have secure computers, leaving client and provider information easy to compromise.
