Look elsewhere - Anonymous Medbridge Employee Review

Prior to reading the "cons" know that everyone is going to have a different experience based on the manager they have, the department or team they're on, and who they end up working with. Everyone's experience, positive or negative, is true and valid and should be weighed as such. - I went back and read all the previously posted negative reviews about this company dating back to 2016 and from my experience, they are still applicable today (the is a red flag for you!). I believe the only reason that you don't see more negative reviews is because the company will only pay out any unused PTO, on termination, contingent upon you signing a severance agreement, which prohibits you from saying anything negative about the company on anonymous review websites ("Specifically" Glassdoor). I think it's unfortunate that they are continuing to do this during the COVID pandemic. -No yearly performance evaluations and zero coaching or guidance on how to develop yourself within the company, and very few positions have any growth potential to develop into anyway. You get a yearly continuing education stipend, but without any managerial support, in regards to your professional development, it ends up being pretty trivial. - Salary is far lower than market average and the only way to get a raise is to show that you present a positive return on investment for the company. However, most projects the company starts (that could demonstrate this) are rarely alowed to be completed. Oftentimes, the feedback from a single client or consultant can shift company priorities weekly (sometimes daily) which can also lead to abandoned work, regardless of time investment in said project. - Project teams are generally structured pretty poorly and conflicts are often resolved based on who has the loudest voice or who is the most stubborn. My recommendation is, if you do decide to work here, think of it as a stepping stone to something better and move on.
