Pros
At MedBridge my experience and opinions are seriously considered. When I see areas for improvement I am encouraged to help. It is so refreshing to see a company embrace employee led change. When employees give feedback on the annual engagement survey, leadership not only listens, they change. For example employees responded they wanted more time off so the CEO gave everyone 3 more days of vacation a year. MedBridge even contributes $1000 a year towards my continuing eduction so in addition to career growth from taking on exciting new projects, I'm also getting trainings and certifications paid for! Of course I'd be remise if I didn't mention how great the people are too. From book clubs to bakeoffs I genuinely enjoy the people I work with.
Cons
MedBridge moves fast and that carries with it some difficulties. If you're more concerned with procedure than problem solving this might now be a good fit for you. MedBridge is trying to create a product that didn't exist before MedBridge and that means trying new things.
