Pros

•The product is fantastic •The people are even better •Did I mention the product is great? Ok cool, just checking •My manager is absolutely amazing and I am so lucky to work for someone like that. •Awesome sales culture, where every member of the team is genuinely rooting for each other to succeed. •VP and C-level executives are down to earth and willing to engage in conversations with you and congratulate you on a job well done. It’s nice to be noticed! •Recognizes hard work and rewards it •Healthcare is a really interesting space to work in right now •HOPEFULLY MedBridge continues to allow its employees to work remotely. We have been thriving with remote work and I hope it’s here to stay. The people that want to go back into an office setting are the minority. Almost everybody I have spoken with is happier and more productive working remotely. •Good compensation if you hustle •The list goes on and on, but this is a fantastic place to work and I hope that if you’re reading this, you get to work here someday.

Cons

•Goals can sometimes seem out of reach •Equity not part of comp plan, which is a major bummer •Vacation policy is ok, but not the best I have seen.

Pros

Remote work Kind and supportive coworkers Flexible schedule for appointments/emergencies/etc

Cons

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
