Lots of potential. Best content in the industry. In house production team! After the Pandemic people need more options of care at home. MedBridge offers the best LMS for Onboarding New Hires, Continuing Education, and Patient Education for organizations that are growing or having retention issues.

Emerging Market. Starting from scratch with lots of hunting trying to get brand reconginiton

Remote work Kind and supportive coworkers Flexible schedule for appointments/emergencies/etc

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
