Pros

I enjoyed my work at MedBridge for a little over 6 years. During that time the company experienced tremendous growth and I was fortunate to grow my experience and career as well. I consistently found our executive leadership team to be open and supportive - both personally and professionally. As a working parent, I appreciated the flexibility I experienced throughout my time at MedBridge, especially during the pandemic. I learned from my managers, enjoyed significant autonomy and had the opportunity to work with great people on interesting and challenging projects. The MedBridge team is intelligent, passionate, kind and respectful. I am nearly 20 years into my career and I've been fortunate to work with several great teams at various tech companies in Seattle. I highly recommend MedBridge and will forever be a huge MedBridge fan.

Cons

There are definitely more processes and procedures in place now than there were 5 years ago, however the MedBridge team continues to be nimble and scrappy, which can sometimes feel like you need to chase down answers/resources. Communication across the company is an area that could improve (although I've never worked anywhere communication didn't need to improve on some level :).

Pros

Remote work Kind and supportive coworkers Flexible schedule for appointments/emergencies/etc

Cons

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
