Pros

Wonderful coworkers, WFH, decent compensation, decent benefits, a company actually making a difference in patient care.

Cons

Management is not listening to their employees despite saying they "welcome feedback". Issues that have been surfaced for years continue to be ignored. The company loses amazing employees for the simple reason of the employees feeling powerless and not seeing things change. Performance issues are not addressed. Responsibilities are either poorly defined or not adhered to. Problems get shuffled around instead of fixed. Infrastructure ignored for the latest "big thing". More and more "priority one" tasks get added to people's' plates so they have no ability to do their regular duties.

Pros

Remote work Kind and supportive coworkers Flexible schedule for appointments/emergencies/etc

Cons

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
