Pros
Willng to hire inexperienced people. Chance of becoming a senior manager with no management experience. Young, fun workforce.
Cons
CEO, Justin Kowalchuk, is toxic. Changes the direction of the company as the wind changes. Sells products to a deadline without consulting his employees and the resulting projects are poorly managed, hardly thought through, and behind schedule. Employees are put in high stress situations and set up to lose. The quality of the employees are the only thing holding this company together. The CEO does not understand that the company isn't succeeding because of him but rather in spite of him. Doesn't invest in developing employees, but gives meaningless promotions and assigns large teams to untrained, inexperienced managers. Opposite of flexible hours. Mandated 8-6 work hours; you get reprimanded for leaving early or arriving late. Poor time off, thinnest illusion of benefits.
