Pros

MedBridge has opened doors of opportunity to me that I don't feel I would receive at other companies. As a young professional, I have been given more responsibility and have grown more in my career than my peers at other companies. I have personally seen great career growth and always feel that my voice is heard. MedBridge offers a competitive salary/benefits package. They just announced that there will be even more benefits benefits rolling out next month, like a 401k plan and a personal career development program. Day to day, I get to work with a young and energetic group of people and the company sponsors a number of events throughout the year to encourage team building and camaraderie. This is a great place to work if you want to be part of a collaborative, hardworking team where you will be challenged daily by the work in front of you. The company is young with an extremely talented team and I am excited to be a part of, and grow with, an incredibly successful company for many years to come.

Cons

It’s a fast pace environment and expectations are high, so it’s not for everyone. We’re in one of the strongest job markets here in Seattle, so people here have their choice, but if you enjoy rolling up your sleeves on meaningful work, you’ll have an amazing experience.

Pros

Remote work Kind and supportive coworkers Flexible schedule for appointments/emergencies/etc

Cons

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
