Pros

At the mandatory meeting they have to keep you late on Friday evening, they give you a beer. Some considered this a perk.

Cons

Medbridge preys on recent graduates who don't know what a job is actually supposed to be like. As others have stated, the hours are unnecessarily long and inflexible. Compensation and benefits are poor. Everything is very disorganized (poor management). There's a reason they consistently have lots of openings. Experienced people will balk at the pay/benefits/lack of respect and recent graduates flee after experiencing the toxic culture for a few months.

Consistently promised higher compensation 'if you just keep pushing' and doing work outside of your role, but miniscule raises regardless of the effort put in or time at the company. Recently received my highest rated performance review which acknowledged multiple projects outside my role, and was given the lowest compensation adjustment I've had since working here. 4 years with the company, 2+ years in a leadership position, and I'm not even making the median salary for a non-leadership position of my role. There are consistent excuses about why the company can't provide compensation that matches the market value for current employees despite always hiring for positions. During company events it's always about how great everything is going, yet when it's time for raises it's always "a difficult time right now"
