Easy job but flawed company - Bartender Meddys Employee Review

I started here full-time at 20/hr. and had no experience in the restaurant industry. Super fun place to work and the area(Brookside) is beautiful and the guests are amazing!

Management can micromanage at times.

$20/hr when tips are bad

Management is disorganized and uptight. It’s normal to hear different answers by asking a different manager. They consistently withhold any bad news until after you’ve agreed and now you have to deal with it or find another job. The owner watches the cameras looking for reasons to shout at the managers. This rolls downhill. Managers seem just as tense as the staff they’re overseeing. Turn over is extremely high. I’m already one of the most experienced employees after just two months. Tips are bad
