Pros

In general, the peers you work with are generous, hardworking, and smart. You can immediately tell who has real experience verses who has been there awhile and only knows one-way. The Population Health vertical is an interesting place to be... but you are taking a risk as we really don't know what the future state of population management is going to be. Crowded / Fractured market...no clear leader. HR wants to help, but is blocked most times. They mean well... Overall benefits (minus 401k contribution) is good.

Cons

- Only buyers are payers... as they have the most to lose. That market is shrinking and they are figuring out how to do things themselves. Med is not diversified product wise to have a long runway. One app at a time is not a strategy. - Candor is a stated value... If the CEO and CTO are not in agreement with the position, you are black listed and pushed out. - Anyone with deep healthcare experience that is technical is seen as a threat to the CTO and his team. You end up with a target on your back. - Product does not deliver on it's stated capability. Existing customers don't want to hear about 'new' products... as the old ones they bought don't work as advertised. - Anyone looking to work there needs to see the sales funnel and what was sold recently. If you are not adding new customers... they you are not growing. No Margin No Mission.

Pros

The company's management is the best I ever worked with. They listen to their employees and do real tangible steps to creating an environment where people are valued, respected and can really make a difference. The work-life balance is great. Benefits and pay are more than competitive. Most importantly, The company seriously invests in education and training of the employees. There is very reasonable amount of bureaucracy and lots of common sense all around the place.

Cons

1. It's a fully remote company, it would be great to see colleagues in-person more than once a year. 2. It's healthcare so data protection and security measures are on a top end. Not recommended to people who love working from coffee shops and similar. Still allowed though.

Pros

The people in the middle

Cons

CEO is a brilliant idiot. High IQ but can’t find his way out of a paper bag. Parent company HCSC board needs to fire him yesterday. Should never be a CEO, just not the right seat on the corporate bus.
