Unacceptable Hiring Process - Stay away from Medecision - Content Marketing Manager Medecision Employee Review

I went through multiple rounds of interviews with Medecision and received positive feedback throughout the process. I was genuinely excited when I received a verbal offer, accompanied by an email outlining the benefits package. This, to me, was a clear indication that things were moving forward. Shortly after, I was sent a calendar invite for an HR Zoom meeting scheduled later that week to finalize the details. That call never happened. Instead of clarity or follow-through, I was met with silence, vague excuses, and repeated delays. Communication stalled for days at a time, and I was left in limbo. After all that time and effort, I was eventually told, with no real explanation, that the position had been put on hold. The entire experience was incredibly upsetting and unprofessional. It’s one thing to decide not to move forward with a hire, but it’s another to string someone along, extend a verbal offer, and then disappear without complete accountability. Medecision failed on every front. I’ve never encountered such a careless and disorganized hiring process. If this is how they treat candidates, I fear for how they operate internally. Believe the negative reviews. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Medecision.
