Pros
Colleagues are passionate people that do the right things for the right reasons. Compensation is commensurate. A recent return to office has sparked quite a bit of negativity, however, it's still a hybrid model at a time when others are doing full returns. Though people might feel like its lets flexible, I still feel confident in my vertical that it's there if and when I need it.
Cons
Difficult to understand the track and path to move up within the company. May just be my specific leader but unable to articulate how to get to the next level after years of great performance.
