Pros

Great people to work with. Great benefits, including access to a gym in the building at two locations. A good cafeteria at the head office with some pretty decent food and a great staff working there! Plenty of opportunity to advance and move around within the company.

Cons

Can sometimes be a stressful place, specially during open enrollment. Lots of changes occurring, although the management does do their best to ensure everyone knows how to process the change.

So much team spirit and genuine care amount your team. Nice PTO

Cons

Leadership that cares more about their own bonuses and salaries than any employee. ELT is wildly out of touch with how employees feel about them and think of them. The town halls are essentially a butt kissing session for executive leadership. The current ELT has truly ruined this company with their classism, willful ignorance to any opinion that isn’t theirs or in their tax bracket and overall greed. Truly a shame because the staff as a whole (minus ELT) genuinely care about what they do and want to help people, and build a company that shines and is known for its ethics and dedication.
