      team able to rally together despite lack of management experience and continuity.

      Cons

      Management in newly formed enterprise and data analytics department was not experienced in project management and handed the reins of portfolio management of pm's to an hire from a previous employer they all shared while she had no substantial PMI based experience and was not equipped to lead project managers.

      So much team spirit and genuine care amount your team. Nice PTO

      Cons

      Leadership that cares more about their own bonuses and salaries than any employee. ELT is wildly out of touch with how employees feel about them and think of them. The town halls are essentially a butt kissing session for executive leadership. The current ELT has truly ruined this company with their classism, willful ignorance to any opinion that isn’t theirs or in their tax bracket and overall greed. Truly a shame because the staff as a whole (minus ELT) genuinely care about what they do and want to help people, and build a company that shines and is known for its ethics and dedication.
