Pros
You will not find a better group of individuals to work with. The management cares about employees and patients. Great opportunity for advancement.
Cons
There are not a lot of cons to working at Medical West. The health insurance is restrictive and really pushes that you go to a UAB facility. Many of the directors have been at this location for their entire careers so they don't always use the best processes for making changes and some things can be done in a hap hazard way. However, for the most part you can expect to be treated with respect.
