      Pros

      It is an exciting growth sector and one whereby the brightest individuals will thrive. The company clearly has a great approach and culture once in, it potentially has a good story to tell, it is innovative and client solutions centric.

      Cons

      Their recruitment process is dire. Very poor feedback, very slow at responding, if at all. Verbal offers are meaningless so don't commit based on these; despite their pressures expecting that very same commitment from you to Medidata. Plus there is no single point of contact that takes ownership of the process nor proactive recognition to find appropriate roles for those candidates they say they want.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
