      Pros

      The New Hire Orientation was fantastic. Brought all new hires from around the world to NY. One of the Founders was present as well as the COO and other high ranking executives. My team and all others I have dealt with have been fantastic. Everyone is so helpful. I am remote and was assigned a remote buddy immediately which really helped acclimate.

      Cons

      Honestly none so far. The onboarding was great. Plenty of eTraining coupled with hands on. Finding additional resources has been easy. Maybe the only thing is getting used to using the Google suite of products for business.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
