      Medidata really is one of the best places I've worked for so far! Fly to NY for NHO ( New Hire) Easy and relaxed work environment. free breakfast a month Open Plan office. Top floors - Balcony Game room Prayer rooms Phone rooms to make your calls privately. No Micro Management. Dress code: smart casual Work From Home. Discounts and incentives on such as shopping and gyms/leisure centers Good team activities

      - Work could quickly become a comfort zone, which could then deteriorate your talent and risk your marketability - Lack of career progress - To an extent, some favoritism is noticed, training promotions etc.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
