Friendly; open; you feel part of the "Medidata Family"; financially well managed; lots of activities to get involved in; good tech stack; lots of internal comms; open & friendly management; Good values & company ethics and they walk the talk.
Cons
Could improve product training for new people, but I think that's being addressed; lots of changes due to recent integration with 3DS, but this will settle down in time.

The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.
Cons
After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
