      Pros

      I was extremely blessed to get this job during the Covid pandemic when other companies were laying off employees. The fact that they are hiring and not laying off people is a testament in itself. The benefits are better than I have been offered other places and they encourage work life balance. Everyone has been extremely helpful, friendly, and more than happy to answer my millions of questions. My colleagues have never hesitated to jump on a call to go over a process or share something they recently learned.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but there are so many trainings in the beginning. They are all valid and useful but not until you actually start performing your role and tasks. It would be useful to go back and do the trainings again as they would be more meaningful now.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
