From the culture, people, benefits, and work/life balance, Medidata is probably the best company I've worked for. Also the company has a strong mission statement, so it is awesome knowing you are making a meaningful impact in the world through your work. I can definitely see myself working here for the long term. I can see why most people are with the company for a long time. The company also really cares about your well-being and growth in career. Also, even though I was hired during covid, the company made the transition so easy. Overall, very professional but also approachable!
