Pros
Incredible workforce and coworkers. Significant opportunity both personally, professionally, and to make a difference in the world. Medidata lives its mission across almost all of the areas in the company. more than a place to just "work". Wide culture of acceptance and inclusion. Support programs are fantastic (both professional and personal) Checks off every major box and most of the minor ones too.
Cons
Somewhat overscheduled workforce which makes getting quick responses and collaborating at length difficult at times. A couple of the internal control groups are so worried about doing their job that they make our jobs unnecessarily difficult - the "we're all in this together" mantra seems to escape them at times.
