      Pros

      Excellent Salary and benefits. The culture used to be great company wide.

      Cons

      Medidata got bought out by Dessault Systems. The overall culture changed and there were massive lay offs and team re-orgs. They eliminated the PMO office and governance and made PMO managers absolute bosses reporting into engineering directors. If your manager is good then your life is good and if your manager is psychotic then you're on your own because no one will have your back.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
