      Pros

      I think most teams and people are great, hard working and highly skilled. Especially on dev side. I had a great time with most colleagues/managers. Most senior leadership are extremely cool and approachable.

      Cons

      In certain teams specially on testing side there are few people who bully new comers ,dont themselves work and block others' work as well. Specially those who have been in medidata for 3+ years. This culture needs to change. This is rare actually, but i was unfortunate enough to be surrounded by three such people, which is extra rare. Also senior leadership may not be fully aware that this is happening.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
