Great teammates Excellent benefits (seriously--EXCELLENT) Fantastic management Company pushes you to your goal roles within the company if you ask and put forty the effort Compensation is pretty good and raises are appropriate based on performance great work/life balance Management has my back It's us vs the problem, not each other The company avoids layoffs like the plague (major kudos to them for this tbh), so I feel secure in my position. I have been really happy here, and I'm pretty picky about my work environment. A very stand up company.
Cons
I know there are some bad managers, but I've only met one or two during my time here. Compensation could be more aligned across the board regardless of location, but they still give reasonable offers dependent on your city's market value.
