It offers multiple options and opportunities for career growth. Colleagues are hard-working and pleasant. Management prioritizes mentorship and training, without excessive levels of bureaucracy and micromanagement.
Cons
As with any remote work opportunity, it can get a little bit isolating if your team is not super social. The hours can be long if you are on a difficult project with upcoming deadlines. Pay is good, but not amazing. Some talent has been lost to competitors offering better pay. Some perks that used to be offered pre-Dassault have evaporated.
