      Pros

      Employees are valued and respected. Employees are allowed to be innovative. ALL employees are included in the conversation, meaning, everyone is entitled to their individuality and are input is valued and respected. Executive leadership has a vested interest in the company culture and they work hard to keep Medidata a place where people can thrive.

      Cons

      Wish I would have joined Medidata sooner in my career. Not sure why we didn't cross paths sooner.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
