      Pros

      Friendly coworkers ready to share information or provide insight. Lots of desire to move forward towards an easier future. Excellent mission, of helping companies drive to better clinical trials.

      Cons

      Lots of "this is the right thing to do, BUT here are several reasons we can't do it". I am hopeful to help with the second part of moving things in the right direction and turning away from ideas that are getting old. There appears to be a desire to change, and that is the hardest part to impact

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
