      Pros

      Optimistic about the new CEO (2024) but the acquistion has been really tough. Our parent co also has a new CEO so there are lots of reasons to be hopeful things may turn around. So far, Dassaults processes and operations have made our jobs far more difficult than they need to be (for no apparent upside that any of us can see either). They have antiquated and stale processes in place that just don't allow for things to move forward. You truly have to fight to get anything done. Medidata was never like that, and it was always a fun work environment to boot.

      Pros

      The company was fantastic when I first started working there, the culture was embracing and supportive. Folks seem to care about your development at first and your growth.

      Cons

      After 3ds bought the company it started going downhill gradually, many c suite turnover, terminations and new latest CEO is clueless when it comes to executing the vision, while also making sure they continue delivering on NEXT all on all these features when at launch half of them don’t even work properly. Having spent years at the company I saw clients lose trust on the products and leadership, a lot of times CEO’s from client side would give advice on senior management on processes which being the vendor we should be the leaders on guidance not the other way around. Consider applying to other SaaS companies.
