Pros
Medifast provides a great family atmosphere. Team members look out for each other and are truly sincere about your well being and being able to assist you. Supervisors are great with helping to push you for cross training in order to keep you well versed in your position. Which can also lead to other job opportunities within the company. Supervisors work with you when you have uncontrollable circumstances and do their best to accommodate.
Cons
Communication is sent to help you perform your job, however often times it is sent after clients have contacted us to inquire about it. It is also important to take the time to listen to employees and address their concerns in a timely manner.
