      Pros

      I loved working with the clients and helping them reach their goals. The environment was clean and friendly.

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement. No continuing education or ongoing training so there were inconsistencies from counselor to counselor. Leadership was lacking, at best.

      Medifast is in the midst of an exciting transition to helping people improve their metabolic health. People are dedicated to helping others and support each other amongst teams, which makes the hard work worthwhile.

      The work is currently fast-paced to meet the changes in the market.
